Hey dont blame me for the figures .... blame RP Data ... who I note expect the downturn to continue this year.
Ironic that the bulls are so upset about a little 1.9% fall yet this whole thread started out of just one weekends auction clearance rates. Now tell me that age old story about long term outlooks ....
