Lol, Norton played it well and left it late which may have 'encouraged' a few of the so called 'weaker hands' to sell and take the money rather than wait.
All those that accepted the offer will be in limbo land having no ability to sell at the recent higher price or even sell at all as they've given up their rights to Norton, who seem to want to pay half of what is considered fair and reasonable.
No increase in the offer means Norton aren't serious about a TO, but they may try and bore people out of their shares.
