nexus board wobbles !!

I had a very interesting call from a person purporting to be acting for the nexus limited.I have a reasonable number of shares in nexus and was asked if i was prepared to receive a call from the directors to talk to me about the seven offer with a view to changing my no vote.I was very surprised to receive the call and severely question whether the company has the right to ring me afer i have voted on the takeover offer.Based on the above it seems to me that the vote is looking very shaky for seven.Lets hope asic could stop sitting on their hands and get involved and start asking some difficult questions to the seven board of management.
