enough time for a counter bid?

    As time ticks by I am less convinced that another party will make a counter offer for WCL shares, I would have thought they would want to give us more time to consider any alternative before the end of the Landbridge offer period on June 24th. But what do others think, when would be the last point in time that someone else could reasonably make a counter offer?
