    Well, they never really told us (or I didn't read it at the time) how much of the paperwork for Nymagee was already included in the Hera permits.

    I'd guess - but that's really just a WAG - that the later expansion of the plant was already applied for, otoh I have my doubts re: environmental permits for digging the hole for Nymagee (surface ops and deeps) ...

    If anybody has more info on that (or gets to talk to management), let us know ...
