yes that was for the "resources" being contigent, which they always are. Both EFS and AC were calculated for this part.

So we do have 1P RESERVES

but they have been discounted because of the way they have placed the horizontals which overlaps others acreage.

Now they could do it this way with agreements, and our net drilling location will remain unchanged. We would just get more wells, but some would be gross 50 or 60% etc as reported.

Key is they don't 'have to' be developed like this.

If its more efficient to do so, then fine, less contribution, and same return %. Just effectively reduces our NRI.
