this is a weekly chart and there is no similarities at all... the only thing that resembles anything of that date range you mentioned was actually in 2007/2008 and thats a double top before price crashed lower than the base it originally ran from.
Ive circled the 2 double tops.... if anything PRU is heading back down to its support where it bounced last time to form a much larger W double bottom.
