    The downgrade was announced in that article that was released by the company a week ago. Here it is and the downgrade is at the bottom of the article:

    Change of Managing Director and Downgrade

    They are now forecasting a FY14 EBITDA of $17m which is a 15% decrease on the previous forecast so your thoughts have proved to be correct. I assume that this is the reason for the recent fall in the share price.

    If anyone knows what the disagreement was between the outgoing MD and the Board I would love to hear about it. I am wondering if it was about the new NBN contract.
