Found my glasses, I read :
'All script transaction',
it means RHT will acquire the target company and pay for it
by issuing new shares of RHT to the sellers.
Your shareholding will be diluted by the new shares,
but in return you get all the goodies that comes with the
acquisition. I leave it to the directors judgements
that the 'goodies' are worth the new shares.
