Ann: Change in substantial holding fom NGF , page-3

Reasonably good strength today at 7.1 and 7.2. If that continues for the next 8 trading days (Queen's B'day on Monday) NGF will be kicking sh*t uphill trying to get people to view 7 as a fair price.

Does anyone know how much BAB are forecasting is required to complete the DFS? I seem to recall $5M but may have mixed up my companies? If it is $5M with $3M in the bank it would only take a small cap raise or placement to sophisticated's to get us over the line.
