I believe you are correct Rosco. We have it from AGS's lawyers that they either get restitution or the current JV stands. Simple as that.
Q/H were only given their 75% by abiding by the rules of the JV. If they gained the 75% by misleading and deceptive conduct then they should lose it. Makes sense to me. Similar to fraud isn't it.
If you defraud someone out of an asset do you really think the judge would let you keep some of it if you are found guilty. I don't think so.
