As we have continually said, each shareholder must consider the consequences of their personal vote. We are not financially or legally qualified to provide any advice. Again, we strongly recommend each shareholder consider their own position carefully and use professional help if they are having any difficulties with the booklet or with their voting preference.

Despite having the alliance of some significant holders, we cannot guarantee which way they will personally vote.

NBT organising committee have voted against the scheme as we have each considered the consequences carefully and have concluded that we are prepared to forego our 2 cents per share on principle and on the points we have outlined. Not every shareholder may have the luxury of being able to do so and therefore we totally respect our registrants right to vote however they chose fit for their personal circumstance.

For the record, 99.1% of our registrants have indicated to us that they will vote against the scheme.

Of course, we realise that either way the Battle may not stop on the 12th June and therefore have been considering our position moving forward!
