And yes you are right that with 100 shareholders you can put forward any resolutions including another Sect 249D.

But, to begin with, you have to gain the support of 100 shareholders, or sufficient holders holding 5% of the total shares on issue, to support your idea, only to get it overturned by the NA faction.

And then, haven't you noticed the apathy displayed "herein and therein" by the shareholders at large.??

And that will tell you the story.

Most importantly though, I have noticed that the big rampers and supporters of the Board change and of the current Board, they have vacated the scene without even waving goodbye. :-)

One would think that at least Beck, which the huge losses that he faced ever since he got a seat on the Board soon after the success of the Sect 249D, would have supported what the shareholders were hoping for and vote against the Remuneration Resolution, but, and with the amount of shares voted against that Resolution, one could be forgiven to think that IMO, those shares weren't voted against it all.

As such, I keep on thinking along the lines of:

Is there a method in someone's madness.??
