Dear oh me, when you have the Chairman, (who can wield power over the MD/CEO and pull him into gear if he so wishes), resigning along with two other Directors at the same time, what is there left to say.??
No one knows the reason for this to happens and happening so hastily, when we had a Board which, according to our beliefs was working well and always stuck together through thick and thin. So it is of no use trying to find excuses.
It might have been that they weren't happy with what was going on behind the scenes, and decided to move on instead.
It does not happen everyday of the week that, 3 Directors, including the Chairman of the Company, decides to resign altogether and at the same time and walk away. Resigned mind you... don't mix up "Resigned with Retired", and that means that IMHO they mightn't have been happy with what was going on, or that we have a dysfunctional Board.
Also, don't forget that we now have to contend with another Capital raising. At what terms and at what price, and of course at what pains to the shareholders it is going to come, is the most important thing.
The Chinese at work again.......maybe. ????
Are they the ones wielding their full powers.??
We will soon find out.
