Please find attached an amended Appendix 7 notice for Kathmandu Holdings
Limited Interim Dividend of $0.03 NZD.
The initial Appendix 7 incorrectly indicated that a supplementary dividend of
$0.005294 NZD would be paid. However, since no imputation credits are being
attached to the interim dividend payment, no supplementary dividend is
payable.
