As of today, the Federal Court pages now show that what you heard is correct.

But we also know a bit more officially - that costs were not awarded either way. To confirm this click on the red text 'View orders'. In the Word DOC that opens we can read:

1. The originating process be dismissed.
2. There be no order as to costs.

So at least we now know that the light at the end of the tunnel is not an iron ore train hurtling towards GCN.
