Madas, the so called counter claim was presented by the first Wharf lawyers, by correspondence to the courts.

The second lot of Wharf lawyers then retracted their services.

The trail had no defense representation, therefore the so called counter claim was not argued for therefore Justice Chaney could not dismiss it, but gave very clear indication that it would not be a good idea to continue with it as any self respecting Magistrate SHOULD kick it out the door.

I am not sure whether there are a lot of jitter bums out there who simply don't understand that once all arguments presented to a Magistrate are completed and he/she is satisfied and then makes the final rulings:----- all parties plaintiff - defendant SHUT up and move on.

Who the hell brought up Wharf again when you are constantly asked NOT TO!!!!!!
