well let's be careful here.
The purppose of a patent is to cover as much ground as possible when it comes to potentially making money.
It will be interesting to actually read the patent and see what data they've used to make this claim.
Bearing in mind it looks like a continuation of previous patents in 2591 into a bunch of new areas. (So for example this is a continuation of a 2011 patent which is in turn a continuation of a 2009 patent).
It's all very nice but, as I implied in a previous post, when they get human trials going that's when we'll know they mean business.
