I think we should close this thread. We know nothing about the Wharf rumour and whether the EU courts have jurisdiction or validity in a mining dispute held in an Australian court.
The highest court in Australia is the High Court. If there was anything Wharf wanted to appeal against it could have used this avenue. It didn't.
Furthermore until there is a notification to the ASX by EGO there is nothing to be gained by discussing supposed issues here on HC.
