Overnight S&P Futures are ticking up on the news of the Al Queda arrest in Pakistan over the weekend. It will be interesting to see if the selling is almost done for the moment. If we go over 853 we are looking good for a run to 870 resistance.
World markets are well oversold. The formation of a higher high and higher low over the coming weeks will look very good for the solid rally we have all been expecting.
