The good outcome may be that Barda may give biota the rest of 231m because biota will sack australian employees and the fund will be used ro support US more local employment if lani phase 3 is carried out.

If the melbourne biota lab was in the us and employing 60 americans, the barda contrac story would be totally diferent. In that case , the barda contract would affect more than 100 americans' employment directly and the government may not allow the termination to be done so easily.
