mosaic has strong revenues in quarter

Mosaic Oil (MOS) reports strong revenues of $4.59 million for the December quarter, reflecting high prices for products and delayed receipts from previous quarters.
Gas and LPG production were 0.5% and 3.6% higher, respectively, than in the September quarter.
Oil/condensate production was 5.6% lower than in the September quarter.
Mosaic realised an average oil price for the quarter of US$60.15/bbl or A$81.09/bbl (September Quarter - A$85.49/bbl).
The new 5 year contract with Santos QNT Pty Ltd to supply gas of up to 17.5 PJ (Mosaic Net 8.575 PJ) from the Churchie Field has commenced on 1st January 2006.
At the end of the quarter the Board announced that the Company had terminated discussions with potential investors and was refocusing attention on its core activities.
Cash at the end of the quarter was $7.9 million.
