Hmmm.... I think you should tell HC who the Broker is ... along with his email address.
HC's should email this schmuck big time ...
I think you should get angry with the individual concerned and write a letter to the Manager demanding recompence ... you won't get it but it will make you feel better.
Find another Broker ... keep shopping until you find one who candidly says AMP is a dog.
