Obesity surrounds us.
We haven't the vaguest idea how to combat Alzheimer's but it too is increasing exponentially in the community.
The only reason our expected life span is increasing is because we have learned to control the great contagious plagues, our cars and roads are better and our paras and surgeons have skills never dreamt of fifty years ago.
But our personal health has never been worse
