With news of ELK considering monetizing its Wyoming assets, Grieve has been independently valued at $95million which would equate to 50 cents per share by itself ($95million divided by 190million shares).
Good decision by Management as the market is clearly not valuing ELK stock appropriately. Ultimately, the announcement clearly identifies that Management are calling for expressions of interest and if the offers made are not good enough, the company will not sell..... Either way, a good way of getting a fair market valuation obits assets which should lead to some very positive surprises as the USA market understands EOR more than Australia.
Material return to shareholders should see a material re-rate of the share price as it is ridiculously undervalued at the moment.
