Gus only has two jobs right now.
I have asked him, and he tells me that there are many concerned utilities in the US looking to secure their fuel supplies. They're nervous about US-Russian relations and China; will they have access to Russian and Khazakh supply down the road. If not, what's plan B?
Might we see a situation eventuate where the rest of the world has to rely on Canadian, Australian and African resources? They say grade is king, but in the U space maybe geopolitics may become king in the not too distant future.
I'm expecting a deal in the near future, it's an imperative for PEN's progress and strategically it fits what I understand about US demand within the time frame PEN could begin supplying.
The other job is finance - I expect that's done already, just waiting on "conditions precedent" to provide collateral and then the signatures will take place.
All the above is speculation on my part.
