The AGM was 2 weeks ago and we still don't have minutes for the SH to read.
They agreed at the AGM to include my comments and questions in the Minutes but they say they're still not ready (now 2 weeks later!).
What do these guys do?
We have a 'full time' MD in McClure and six Directors plus a separate arrangement where Seckold and Nightingale charge an additional $300,000 for admin and we can't get AGM minutes out in a timely fashion?
How many PGS people on the payroll does it take to put a set of minutes out?
