I also agree. I have a very strong belief in the future of the company, and I feel decidedly miffed that I was denied the opportunity to buy in at a substantial discount to trade price!
I think the directors should be prepared to face some noise at the AGM. Each of our shares has the same value and voting rights as each institutional share. So why do we get locked out like this? What possible justification is there for it?
