I was not happy either. Two reasons, raising capital without an immediate reason and not offering stock to existing shareholders.
But then I got an opportunity to buy near the placement price at $2.07 so I did. As for raising capital with no immediate reason, at least these guys have a great track record of growing EPS and maintaining a high ROE, unlike some other companies. So I am prepared to put aside that gripe
