why are mrf and unx underpriced to ton?

thought will share this post on hc about TON which seems to be doing great among the graphite stocks right now. the post gives good details and reasons on applying caution on TON.

what is unclear and strange is MRF and UNX have better prospects on paper but just don't seem to pick up as much as TON did:-). wonder if the word 'enormous' in TON's announcement threw reason out of the window for market players. any objective assessments much appreciated.
