The appeal is to cause maximum harm to VMS, shareholders and local families who want work plus it's so STT/TNC like they are doing something so people keep funding them. Capacity to pay for any costs to be awarded is key, so if they are down to $0 they would need quick funding to show that their appeal can even be granted.
