I refer to my earlier post on BR valuation. One the one hand, the Board is right to withdraw the 16% sale of BR to CY if the BR is worth a lot more than $162.5m. But again, who controls the Board? CY!!!
One the other hand, it is cheaper for CY to fully control NTU. CY should have a pretty good idea what is in the ground. It all depends on what sort of game CY wants to play. I believe the retail shareholders are at his mercy on his possible takeover play.
