Surprise, surprise!, Allco's offer price not considered 'fair and reasonable' by Independent Expert

The Independent Expert's Report in relation to Allco Equity Partners' takeover offer for WYL considered the current bid price of $3.25 a share neither fair nor reasonable. It put the fair market price of WYL at $3.59-4.21 a share. The report conceded though that the WYL share price would likely fall should Allco's offer lapse. The extent of this fall would depend on several issues, including whether another bidder is out there and the perceived success of WYL's current restructuring program.
