Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
today confirms that the Annual Meeting will be held at The Pullman Hotel,
Corner of Princes and Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland, New Zealand at 11:00am on
Tuesday June 24, 2014 (New Zealand time).
Attached to this announcement is the Notice of Meeting/Proxy Statement and a
covering letter to shareholders about the annual meeting and associated
annual meeting materials.
As noted in the Notice of Meeting/Proxy Statement, Mr. Hans Kobler, who was
appointed to the Company's Board of Directors on May 23, 2014 (EDT, US), has
been determined by the board to be an independent director for the purposes
of the NZSX Listing Rules. Mr. Kobler has been nominated to be elected to the
Board of Directors on June 24, 2014 at the Company's Annual Meeting of
Shareholders.
