Well, IMHO it might well be the case that ASIC is well aware of the results of the "AGAINST" votes for the resolution put forward by our Board, and they know full well that if an Administrator is called in there will be many questions to be asked and possibly someone could be directed at ASIC too.
If there were, what would have ASIC replied to them.???
IMO, if the votes were to be in favour of the resolution and SGH was to succeed into the SoA, everything would have been fine as far as they were concerned. BUT NOT NOW!!!
Is there a method in someone's madness.?? I don't know but it is all possible.
I think that the mud might have hit the fan now......and it might be that everyone is running for cover and/or putting their backsides hard against the wall.
Anyway this is all based on my own personal opinions and you can Dyor!!!
