I first invested in NHF during the heart of the GFC believing, whatever the future held for the global economy, that NHF's recession-proof, legislated revenue streams would make it immune to any post GFC fallout .
Even though the sky didn't fall on our collective 'heads post the GFC, NHF has been a stock that has exceeded my wildest expectations.
And given the healthy state of the IPO market at present, and the strong pricing of floats this year (even floats of some dubious quality companies), we can fully expect the pending float of Medibank Private to fetch a very robust valuation.
Needless to say, this, in turn, will underpin NHF's share price.
