Yes it is pathetic and what is worse shareholders have no idea what is going on, there is no plan and no timelines. As Q said there are investors waiting to join in (allegedly) but the things are so bad they are not even prepared to pay 3c! They would rather pay more than that but get a flexible corporate structure, where they can have some say. Not one that is totally dominated by one person who seems to be happy with where things sit at the moment (like most of the KMM stable!)

i alluded before to the relatively low recompense for the Board and suggested that this may indicate that they have minimal responsibilities in the performance of the company, despite the corporate governance principles listed on the website!

nothing make sense to me. I can only presume, given the imbalance of corporate vs exploration spending, that there is more to be made by managing exploration companies than there is in turning the soil!

shareholders cop the wrong end of the stick which is exactly how not to run a company and makes a mockery of their own corporate govt principles! We have no choice but to hold the Board accountable. I think we should ask them for their key performances indicators, their assessment of how they have gone and what they intend to next!

that is what Boards are for.
