    You could well be right about CS. We are all second guessing really.

    Commonwealth has given notice of approval. (Not actually the Mining Lease as such) Once the objections are dealt with, the final EIS is submitted by BND along with a Plan of Operations (PoO) and bond. Only once all these are formally filed will the official Mining lease be granted.

    That is my take on it!
