News: Folkestone revamps brand, logo & fund names

Folkestone Limited (ASX:FLK) has revamped its brand, logo and fund names to represent innovation and partnership.  

 

The company says the changes reflect its focus moving forward which has changed from a pure real estate developer into a real estate funds manager and developer.  

 

Among the changes the ASX listed Australian Education Trust (ASX:AEU) will be known as the Folkstone Education Trust with ASX code FET.  

The Australian Social Infrastructure Fund (ASX:AZF) will change its name to the Folkstone Social Infrastructure Trust with ASX code FST.  

The CIB Fund will become the Folkstone CIB Fund and Maxim Asset Management will become Folkstone Maxim Asset Management.

 

Shares in Folkestone rose 2.27 per cent on Tuesday following the announcement to close at $0.225. 

 

Folkestone reported a net profit of $1.2 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
