Well I am puzzled as to what is it. On the one hand, whilst retail is not the hottest thing at the moment, at todays SP of $2 even, even if the dividend is reduced to 7 cents per half year, ( and thats a big if) its still a 10% dividend yield. And also we have these comments in the press about it potentially being a takeover play. So the price comes down now to $2, duhhh. !!! What am I missing here.
