The Announcement clearly says the two Main objectives, looking at the resource rising star presentation the two Main Objectives were H82 and H89 which would say to me we have passed the first (non Main objective) already. Main plays are the Campanian-Masstrichtian and Santonian Plays. I can't see that they ever named the top play and the source Kitchen is yet another non Main objective
