Yep - the shares will be traded on the TSX and NYSE. You can trade through CommSec, however the fees are higher than trading in the ASX . The PIR price now is coupled to the B2Gold share price (and the exchange rate) between now and the deal happening. But only by perceived value rather than anything forced by the deal.
