I should add that this decision is not SGHs, their process to appoint an Administrator will likely be beaten by the NXS Boards call for the appointing of an Administrator, and SGH will aggressively establish their legal rights.
Those individuals are personally liable for debts and committments incurred where the company was insolvent or unlikely to continue as a going concern, there will be no heroes in the NXS Boardroom today.
