Critical quarter for xero. They have now had time to digest a vast number of new staff and get them productive. Building a sales and support team and breaking headway in the incumbent's own back yard is always a challenge. However now is the time where lag on sales performance due to training and lead time on sales should start to wain and outperformance should ensue. Hope we have a little outperformance in the USA figures this quarter will cause some rapid changes in SP IMHO though poor performance could result in the opposite big time.
