Yep factor is correct, no military use, only peaceful applications .
That is why the DoE are so desperate to get ACP up and running, and why they have helped USEC up until this point and maybe for a little while longer perhaps, but once ACP is finally up and running, I believe it will be built at the Y12 plant.
