    selling won't start just yet. the report came out
    "Last Update: Thursday, February 2, 2006. 11:15am (AEDT)"
    and a report appeared on the ABC radio program .. the world today.
    Generally speaking it takes a while for instos to act. They will have a meeting and then the selling will begin.
