    The metrics are looking better for mad with oil over US $107 and rising.

    Personally, I think the USA government should pay American oil producers a bounty of say $50 a barrel for every barrel produced.

    Can be funded by not fighting another war in Iraq, extra taxes for yank tanks, a buy American oil levy on petrol.
