Hard to know what he is thinking , but walking away does not seem to be the actions of an engaged person.
This opens up the potential for Brazil to take action against the company for any misrepresentations that may have been made to him by FR that resulted in Brazil buying the large option position of FR for 10c each , around $1 m and then paying almost $2m in to the company to exercise these options
I suspect the 10 million shares he holds have a cost base of 4-5 million an awful lot of money to leave behind if you still think the process has potential
