I wasn't aware that Pheonix Plc (JV partner in EP359 & EP435) and Jurrasic Oil & Gas NL (JV partner in EP439) have ties with Wharf.

According to a letter dated 7/2/13 on Wharf's website CM offered to buy out all of Wharf's (& other companies with ties to Wharf) interests to the tune of $10m payable at the rate of $1m per annum.

Wharf still can't get their facts right, in their preamble to the letter they claim that this offer was made after the gas plant was completed.
