Can anyone tell me what % ownership CBA has of CUP?
Is there a view that at some stage CBA could take out the rest of CUP to go to full ownership?
CUP Positives:
Nice dividend.
Not too expensive?
In the right sector where M&A very active and exposed to the bay boomer retirement phase
Active on acquisitions.
Takeover potential
Steady year on year NPAT growth
CUP Negative:
The CBA stake is a block to other suitors?
I was recently a holder of SFW in this sector which got taken out thank you very much, and am now looking for a good replacement stock.
Any thoughts appreciated.
